After the trial, if you don't activate Premium, you continue with a free plan:

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). Renewals are automatic yearly unless you cancel before the end of the period. You can cancel at any time from your app store settings.
As an EU consumer, you have 14 days from contracting to withdraw and request a refund, unless you've already started actively using Premium features.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, write to quipi@quipiapp.com with subject "Withdrawal" and your Quipi account email.

The nutritional information and scores shown by Quipi are indicative and based on public databases (such as Open Food Facts) and AI analysis. They do NOT replace professional medical advice. If you have allergies, medical conditions or follow a special diet, always consult a qualified doctor or dietitian.
Automatically detected expiration dates may contain errors. Always verify the real product dates before consuming.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Quipi according to these terms.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account. This will erase all your data within a maximum of 30 days.
We may delete your account if:
We may modify these terms. If the change is significant, we'll notify you by email 30 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel your subscription.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the competent courts will be those of the consumer's domicile (if you're an EU consumer) or those of Ripoll (Girona) otherwise.
